One of the 15 neighbourhoods that make up Heritage Valley, Graydon Hill is located in southwest Edmonton on the border of Ellerslie Road (north) and the community of Paisley (south). Named after the founder of the Edmonton Humane Society, the neighbourhood was first established back in 2012. While much of the area is still being developed, it currently consists mainly of single-family dwellings and features homes that have been architecturally designed to showcase beautiful stone and wood features. The community guidelines were put in place with the goal of creating a very uniform look and feel, something that really gives Graydon Hill plenty of charm and natural elegance.

The average list price of a property in Graydon Hill is between $350,000 and $425,000 while the average combined income of residents is over $100,000 per year. Homeowners are spoiled with a fully landscaped wetland area and intricate trail system that connects the surrounding area with Paisley. Currents of Windermere, Terwillegar Heights Town Square, and South Edmonton Common are all just minutes away, so there is certainly no shortage of dining or entertainment options. Additionally, Heritage Valley Town Centre and Heritage Valley Hospital are both expected to be completed within the next several years. Finally, Graydon Hill's convenient proximity to both Anthony Henday Drive and the Century Park LRT station make most commutes relatively stress-free.
